Holly Browde is a transactional lawyer specializing in all facets of the music business.  Holly was V.P., Music Business and Legal Affairs at the Walt Disney Company and has a broad and varied experience of the industry, having worked at Polygram Records, the Left Bank Organization (artist management), Polygram Music Publishing, Tonos Entertainment, Inc. (digital startup) and in private practice.  She has a keen awareness of operational realities and practical issues and is exceptionally skilled at prioritizing her clients’ needs.  Holly has been admitted to practice in New York since 1981 and is also admitted in California.
